The government's attention to vocational graduates has recently become a hot issue and various programs have been carried out by the government to improve the quality of vocational graduates, therefore they can compete. However, the BPS data in 2018 shows that the number of unemployed graduates from vocational school (SMK) is the highest, namely 11.24%, while Senior High School (SMA) is 7.95% and Junior High School (SMP) is 4.80%. Based on the problem, Study Program of Management, Faculty of Business, President University implemented a community service program that supports government policy, namely by providing Entrepreneurship Education to students of Amanah Bangsa Informatics Vocational School, Cikarang. With this entrepreneurship education, SMK graduates are expected to start a business as an alternative after graduating later. Universities are facing demanding challenges due to the rising of lifelong learning needs and the responsibility to accommodate new and emerging technologies in the learning process. On the European Higher Education Area "learning" takes a primordial limelight. Also, in a globalized society where information and communication technologies play a major role, employers require higher education graduates not only to be excellent in communication and in the use of information, but also to think creatively, to be able to innovate, cooperate and compete across borders. The spatial configuration of learning spaces and the facilities and initiatives they accommodate are rather important to provide effective environments for learning, where diverse studying and cultural activities combine, motivating students to become more knowledgeable and equipped with the interdisciplinary and high level skills the 21st century society requires. The main objective of this work is to present and discuss the contribution of the e-Learning Café project of the University of Porto and of the successful implementation of its program, focused on diverse pedagogical and cultural activities, to the acquisition of students' attitudes and skills essential to handle professional relationships and to facilitate learning, personal development and entrepreneurship.

Urip Sumoharjo, KM. 1,5, Watampone 92713, Indonesia Abstract For long time in educational system of Indonesia, it tends to create education is only to transfer of knowledge. Students only have dynamics in teaching and learning. In addition, they didn’t take any opportunity to construct business orientation. Therefore, this paper will explore activities were created to raise students’ awareness in business. The research was conducted in Surabaya, East Java, Indonesia. There are 9 chapters as a handbook for students that discussed on the training. Those papers stimulate discussion and understanding in high school to accelerate their potentials in commerce behaviour. This study was implemented during 2011 to 2013 academic year. In depth interview and participant observation were employed in collecting data. Grounded theory method was applied during investigation. Moreover, qualitative approach was carried in completing this study. This research findings show that programs elaborate students’ need in participating in business and commerce. It can create opportunities to enhance students’ interest. During the program, students tried to collect data and read information as much as possible in extending the conversation. They have chance to perform their abilities and show it on the course after completing assignment. After series meetings students show their attention in entrepreneurship not only in the classroom but also in internship actions. Finally, students need educational program include syllabus and curriculum that integrate entrepreneurships on those classes. © 2014 The Authors. Published by Elsevier Ltd. School Enterprise is an approach in learning that aims to foster students' entrepreneurial skills and enhance their competence in managing business projects. Thus, the Business Management Programme of Keningau Vocational College decided to launch the School Enterprise Project in order to boost the students' skills in entrepreneurship. The aim of the project was to provide more opportunities for students to demonstrate their skills in making sales and profits. The funds raised during this project would be used to purchase reference books on topics related to business management since there was shortage of such books at the college. An intact class of 14 students were involved in the study and they were assigned into five teams in which each team set up their own booth to sell their merchandises. The data were collected through observation, survey and an analysis of their business plan including their profits. The findings showed that the result were positive as students gained profits from sales that they successfully made and they displayed optimistic views on their experience. It was recommended that this project should be turned into a regular assignment.
This research study aimed to determine the status coffee shop business in Batangas City as basis for business operation Initiatives in terms of the profile of the coffee shop business in Batangas City, Philippines. Descriptive type of research was used in the study. Findings revealed that coffee shop businesses in Batangas City are operating in more then 3 years. With regards to personnel requirements, coffee shop managers prefer college or associate graduate with ages ranging from 21-23 years of age. Both male and female applicants are acceptable as long as they pass the process. Lack of skilled man is not a problem because they undergo training before they are allowed to be on the operation. Late arrivals of guests with respect to the reservation and those who do not showed up are not considered because managers are focusing more on those guests that are present. Employees encountered inadequate payroll problem followed by duplication of duties during the operation.

Pesantren is an ideal partner for government institutions to jointly improve the quality of education and the foundation of the nation's character. Darussalam Gontor Modern Pesantren is one of the largest educational institutions in Indonesia. All activities of students, teachers, and pesantren leaders always think about their interests in education so that the atmosphere of their lives also contains education. One of them applies entrepreneurship education to students in turn with the form of organization or administration. Entrepreneurship education is a debriefing to instill knowledge and skills and build personality traits that can create a generation that can be competitive, think creatively, behave innovatively, and be brave in facing the risks and challenges of life. The program organized to educate students in growing their entrepreneurial spirit is by managing the administration of cottages such as student cooperatives (kopel), canteen/cafeteria, health department, laundry department, photography department, mini market staff, Annisa Bakery, Annisa Noodle.

This study was conducted to analyze factors related to internal and external development model of entrepreneurship education students through cooperative school (Kopsis) through SWOT analysis method. This research is a descriptive study subjects of the study are the administrators and coaches Kopsis in SMA / SMK in Bandung. The purpose of this research was to obtain a general overview of the condition of the student cooperative, which can be used development of education model of the student cooperative. Collecting data with survey / observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of research related to entrepreneurship education efforts through Kopsis in Bandung to the conclusion that: (i) entrepreneurship education for high school / vocational school is very important, and the process of its development can be done in stages; (ii) Among the most effective means in the process of entrepreneurship education in schools is to empower students Cooperative institutions Students (Kopsis), therefore Kopsis school management must be properly managed; and (iii) are at least four important concepts to consider in the promotion and development of entrepreneurship students at school Ten indicators of the strength and ten indicators of the opportunities that exist to help administrators and coaches Kopsis to be implemented for the development and success of cooperatives. The elements of existing weaknesses that gets serious attention both by the board and adviser Kopsis as well as by the members, and can anticipate the threats that exist in order to live and grow and be able to realize the expected success.

Brush (2014) states that to make the student having the spirit of entrepreneurship they have to develop start-ups in term of realizing a university venture and also to give benefit for the society, therefore, an ecosystem that is called Entrepreneurship Education Ecosystem is needed. UNUSA is one of the universities in Indonesia that has a strong vision to prepare a generation having spirit of Rahmatan Lil Alamin entrepreneurship based on Islamic values. The objective of this paper is to describe the readiness of UNUSA to be a university with Islamic values under the Nahdlatul Ulama organization to be the Entrepreneurship Ecosystem from the aspect of Brush’s theory (2014). From the result of this discussion it is find out that in spite of only six years old in age UNUSA has some breakthroughs to develop the entrepreneurship education ecosystem. However, it is urgent for Unusa to develop Business Incubator seeing that the number of UNUSA students are more and more from years to years. Such fact can not be separated from the mission of UNUSA to be the centre of entrepreneurs development and building in Indonesia. It can be concluded that UNUSA is ready to become the centre of Rahmatan Lil Alamin entrepreneur development and building and will support the government program of One Pesantren One Product (OPOP) Keywords— Entrepreneur Rahmatan Lil Alamin (Enplus), Entrepreneurship Education System, One Pesantren One Product (OPOP).

This community service program aims to support the implementation of entrepreneurial learning in Budisatrya Vocational High School (SMK) in Medan Tembung Subdistrict, North Sumatera, Indonesia. Improving the implementation of entrepreneurial education is needed to obtain entrepreneurial graduates. One way to boost entrepreneurial knowledge and spirit is providing entrepreneurial knowledge for the students. This should be a serious concern considering that the entrepreneurial and business sectors play an important role in improving the economy and nation welfare. The partner in this program is Budisatrya Vocational High School (SMK) in Medan Tembung Subdistrict. The object of the training is the students of class XII. Based on the initial observations, most of the students' entrepreneurial interests are low. Besides, they are a fear of failure. Another problem is the students have a low entrepreneurial knowledge effect to the low entrepreneur motivated. Therefore, the students need to get the training and mentoring to enable them to develop their entrepreneurial knowledge. To solve the problems, the program planned are; 1) Provide training to create the entrepreneurial spirit; 2) Provide training to draw up a Business Plan; 3) Mentoring the students in drawing up a Business Plan; 4) Business Plan Evaluation.
