Human robot interaction (HRI) often considers the human impact of a robot serving to assist a human in achieving their goal or a shared task. There are many circumstances though during HRI in which a robot may make errors that are inconvenient or even detrimental to human partners. Using the ROBOtic GUidance and Interaction DEvelopment (ROBO-GUIDE) model on the Pioneer LX platform as a case study, and insights from social psychology, we examine key factors for a robot that has made such a mistake, ensuring preservation of individuals' perceived competence of the robot, and individuals' trust towards the robot. We outline an experimental approach to test these proposals.

Throughout this paper, I wanted to highlight that a very high or a very low self-esteem at Roma people teens may be the cause of a non-social conformism.The research sample was composed of a homogeneous group of subjects consisting of 40 teenagers, all students (boys) belonging to the same community. I have aimed to a group that comes from similar socio-economical and educational environment. The hypothesis hasn't been confirmed, which indicates that there may be other factors that could cause significant changes such as personality factors, educational level, representative models of ethnicity etc.

This study tested the utility of three different models of personality, namely the social and personality model, the pathological personality traits model, and the psychological dysregulation model, in predicting overt aggression, relational aggression, and delinquency in a sample of detained boys (ages 12 to 18; M age = 15.31; SD = 1.16). Results indicated that the three personality approaches demonstrated different unique associations with aggression and delinquency. The psychological dysregulation approach, composed of behavioral dysregulation, emotional dysregulation, and cognitive dysregulation, emerged as the overall best predictor of overt aggression, relational aggression, and delinquency. After controlling for the Big Five personality traits, psychological dysregulation accounted for significant variance in overt aggression and delinquency, but not relational aggression. After controlling for callousunemotional traits and narcissistic traits, psychological dysregulation also accounted for significant variance in overt aggression, relational aggression, and delinquency. The pathological personality traits approach, comprised of callous-unemotional traits, narcissistic traits, and borderline traits performed second best. In particular, within this approach borderline traits accounted for the most unique variance, followed by narcissistic traits, then callous-unemotional traits. Borderline traits accounted for significant variance in overt aggression, relational aggression, and delinquency when controlling for the Big Five traits, but not after controlling for psychological dysregulation. Narcissistic traits only accounted for significant variance in overt aggression and relational aggression after controlling for the Big Five personality traits, but not after controlling for psychological dysregulation. CU traits only accounted for significant variance in overt aggression after controlling for the Big Five personality traits, but not after controlling for psychological dysregulation. The social and personality model, represented by the vii Big Five personality traits accounted for the least amount of variance in the prediction of aggression and delinquency, on its own, and when pitted against the other two personality approaches. The exception was that the Big Five personality traits accounted for significant variance in relational aggression beyond narcissistic traits. These findings have implications for assessment and intervention with aggressive and antisocial youth.

T win studies have demonstrated that personality traits show moderate genetic influence. The conclusions drawn from twin studies rely on the assumptions that twins are representative of the population at large and that monozygotic and dizygotic twins are comparable in every way that might have bearing on the traits being studied. To evaluate these assumptions, we used Multidimensional Personality Questionnaire (MPQ) data from three samples drawn from the Minnesota Twin Registry (totaling 12,971 respondents) to examine the effect sizes associated with mean differences on the 11 MPQ scales and 3 higher-order MPQ factors for singletons versus twins and MZ twins versus DZ twins. The singletons in the samples were family members of the participating twins. We also used ratios of scale variances to examine the significance of variance differences. The only mean or variance difference replicated across all three samples was greater Social Closeness (about .1 standard deviation) for twins than for singletons. This difference was obtained for both males and females. It would appear that, with respect to personality, twins are not systematically different from other people. Our results also highlight the importance of replication in psychological research because each of our large samples showed differences not replicated in other samples.

Макаренка СТВОРЕННЯ ТА ВПРОВАДЖЕННЯ МІЖПРЕДМЕТНИХ КУРСІВ ЗА ВИБОРОМ У СТАРШІЙ ШКОЛІ У статті розглянуто особливості розробки та застосування в навчальному процесі старшої профільної школи курсів за вибором. Головна увага приділена міжпредметним курсам, метою яких є інтеграція знань учнів з навчальних предметів, що вивчаються ними на профільному рівні. Визначено основні вимоги до таких курсів, спрямовані на активізацію самостійної діяльності учнів. Постановка проблеми. У сучасній освіті гостро стоїть проблема формування в учнів дієвих знань, що є необхідною умовою їх функціональності та можливості бути застосованими не лише на уроках, але і в повсякденному житті. Важливою умовою формування системних і дієвих знань учнів є широке впровадження міжпредметних зв'язків у навчанні, зокрема при вивченні природничих наук. Предметом дослідження кожної з них (хімії, біології, фізики, географії) є одна зі сторін природи, проте між ними немає ані чіткого розмежування ані протиріч. Тому послідовне та систематичне здійснення міжпредметних зв'язків значно посилює ефективність навчально-виховного процесу, формує науковий спосіб мислення учнів, сприяє розвитку в учнів інтересу до навчання взагалі та до змісту матеріалу природничих наук зокрема. Переважна більшість вчителів визнає важливість забезпечення міжпредметних зв'язків у навчанні. Проте на практиці це обмежується лише нагадуванням деяких фактів, явищ або закономірностей з суміжних предметів, частковим введенням до змісту уроків міжпредметного навчального матеріалу та фрагментарним включенням школярів у самостійну роботу з застосування міжпредметних знань і умінь. Все вищесказане приводить до неспроможності школярів здійснювати перенос і синтез знань з суміжних предметів, нерозуміння цілісності живої природи, відсутності свідомого засвоєння знань. На нашу думку, позбавитися названих недоліків предметного навчання у старших класах можна шляхом включення до навчального плану міжпредметних курсів за вибором (факультативів, спецкурсів, спецсемінарів тощо). Названі види занять складають варіативну частину змісту загальної середньої освіти, що формується загальноосвітнім навчальним закладом з урахуванням особливостей регіону, типу закладу, інтересів і запитів учнів. This study examines the crucial role that leadership plays in bringing about organizational change, with a particular emphasis on comparing various management philosophies. Organizational transformation requires strong leadership, and the leadership style chosen can have a big impact on how successful change initiatives are. This study looks at important leadership philosophies, such as transactional and transformational leadership, and how they affect organizational change. Transactional leaders place more emphasis on efficiency and well-organized procedures than transformational leaders do on encouraging and motivating staff to come up with creative solutions. This research tries to clarify how various leadership styles affect the durability and success of change projects through an analysis of case studies and empirical data. The results offer significant perspectives for establishments aiming to harmonize their leadership approaches with their transformation goals, thereby fostering more efficient and robust change management methodologies.

The research in the present paper represents an attempt to define the nature of aggressive behaviour manifested by recidivists with psychopathic and narcissistic personality traits and, for the same group of subjects, to comprehend the relationship between psychopathy and narcissism with respect to the emotional and instrumental value of aggression and auto-aggression. The participants in the study were sixty-two adult male recidivists serving sentences for aggressive crimes in a penal institution in Wiśnicz. The research employed the following psycho-diagnostic tools: the Hare Psychopathy Checklist-Revised (PCL-R), the Narcissism Questionnaire (Narzißmusinventar; NI) by F. W. Deneke, B. Hilgenstock and R. Müller and the Aggression Questionnaire (AQ) by A. H. Buss and M. Perry. The subjects of the study were assigned to one of three groups: emotional autoaggression, instrumental auto-aggression or absence of auto-aggression. The statistical analysis of the results obtained by the study confirmed the existence of positive statistical relationships for both psychopathy and narcissism -but related only to some forms of aggression. It would appear to be the case that an intense concentration of psychopathic characteristics is most strongly related to aggressive behaviour in the form of physical aggression and anger. A high level of narcissism, however, would appear to be most firmly linked with an aggravated tendency to manifest aggression in the form of hostility and anger. It was further demonstrated that psychopathy was connected with a more acute tendency for aggression only in the case of low and average levels of narcissism. No relationship was proven between psychopathy and aggression in those subjects of the study with the most intense narcissism, while instrumental auto-aggression proved to be associated both with a higher level of psychopathy and of narcissism.

The goals of this study were to explore the structure of the Vietnamese personality lexicon and to relate emic Vietnamese personality dimensions to proposed etic (universal) personality models. A set of 2,129 person-descriptive terms were culled from a Vietnamese-English Dictionary, classified into the categories of a person-description taxonomy developed for the German language, and rated for their clarity, familiarity, and relevance for personality description. The classification and evaluation of the terms led to a reduced set of 668 trait terms, which were administered to 850 participants to collect self-ratings. After eliminating 140 participants who responded carelessly or omitted many items, the self-ratings of the remaining 710 participants were factor analyzed using principal components analyses with varimax rotations. This study investigated the worldview of a group of Malaysian higher education students, identified as SL1M residents, in the virtual world of Second Life over a period of more than two years, from 2012 to the present. Examining the representation of the participants' senses, thoughts, and actions via their avatars, the purpose of this study is to investigate the worldview elements that contribute to the behavior modeling from the virtual world that result in the development of the so-called ePersonality. Within an ethnographic framework, the study utilized Kozinet's model of Netnography to characterize the online communities and groups in the virtual world, where people are represented by avatars. Six active, closely knit, and devoted members of the SL1M group were selected based on two a priori criteria and interviewed online via the Second Life platform to capture data. Coding was necessary for an insightful analysis of the transcribed interview. The researcher utilized two distinct categorization procedures. First, the researcher coded each interview separately using seven columned templates, and then the data were coded using Atlas.ti to search for themes and sub-themes that were not captured by manual coding. This study's findings revealed that elements such as fantasized character, attractive appearance, personal intention, development of false identity, and dual personality, among others, contributed to the development of their ePersonality by modeling their virtual world behavior. The study highlights the need for additional research to ascertain the effect of virtual platforms on the development of alternative personalities among Malaysian college students.

Study 1 examined how personality and attitudes are related to daily pro-environmental behavior (PEB) and whether these relationships are moderated by perceived behavioral costs and benefits. One hundred and seventy-eight participants responded to scales measuring the dark and light side of personality, as well as their pro-environmental attitude. Afterward, they were notified three times a day for 7 days in a row. Each time they reported their PEB that had occurred in the past four hours and indicated their behavioral costs and benefits. Multilevel analyses showed a positive relationship between the frequency of PEB and the light triad of personality and pro-environmental attitude, while the dark tetrad was negatively related to PEB. Unexpectedly, less environmentally aware participants reported to engage in PEB with higher costs and lower benefits than did pro-environmental participants. A second study (N = 159) suggests that less environmentally aware people do not actually engage in PEB with high costs and low benefits, but rather that they only perceive their behavior to be costly and of little benefit. Overall, our findings suggest that the way people perceive their daily PEB is not necessarily shared by others.

У статті розглядаються проблеми сформованості навчальної мотивації студентства до процесу здобуття майбутньої професії. Представлені основні засади продуктивного коректування мотивації ціннісного ставлення до майбутньої професійної діяльності в процесі навчання у вищому навчальному закладі. Охарактеризовані сучасні наукові погляди на проблему мотивації студентів щодо успішного здобуття майбутньої професії психологічного спрямування. Визначені мотиваційні впливи, від яких залежать рівні сформованості в майбутніх фахівців готовності до практичної діяльності .

Аннотация. В данной статье приведены результаты исследования, нацеленного на выявление особенностей эмоционального интеллекта и субъективного благополучия российских и китайских студентов. Актуальность темы исследования заключается, во-первых, в фундаментальной задаче психологии, изучении характера стремления человека к достижению внутренней гармонии и эффективному взаимодействию в социуме, что приобретает еще большую значимость в современном мультикультурном мире. Во-вторых, -в прикладной задаче психологической науки, которая обусловлена высокой динамикой российско-китайских отношений, в частности, -студенческой мобильностью, что влечет за собой необходимость в грамотном психологическом сопровождении иностранных студентов в вузах. Авторами теоретически обоснована и эмпирически подтверждена гипотеза о том, что показатели эмоционального интеллекта и субъективного благополучия российских и китайских студентов различаются. Эмпирическая проверка гипотезы проведена на российских и китайских студентках Российского университета дружбы народов. В проведённом исследовании были использованы методы: а) психодиагностической оценки эмоционального интеллекта и субъективного (психологического) благополучия; б) сравнительного (U-критерий Манна-Уитни) и факторного анализа с вращением Varimax в SPSS Statistics 20.0. В результате проведенного исследования между российскими и китайскими студентами были выявлены статистически значимые различия по ряду показателей эмоционального интеллекта и субъективного благополучия. Результаты данного исследования могут быть использованы при работе с учащимися высших учебных заведениях для более эффективной организации психолого-педагогического сопровождения студентов в процессе обучения, а также в консультационной практике при работе с учащимися разных национальностей. People have different personality. Personality differences in people are very important, because it determines the conditions for living and working together. From the perspective of business organizations, personality in general and that of the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) in particular has a significant increase because he/she is the leader of the organization. At this starting point, we want to present a theoretical approach of personality theories. We will be considering the integration of the Big 5 personality factors (Big Five) theory with the role of CEO's personality, and their impact on the organizational performance. The CEO's personality has a direct impact on an individual's behavior. It plays an important role in the group relations and interpersonal relations. It affects work motivation and job satisfaction, and as a whole, it reflects in the performance of the organization. Considering the Albanian business reality that began in the 90's with a 20-year-old history and not having a very wide structure and relatively intense interpersonal relationships, the importance of the study of CEO's personality became very important. Therefore, this paper emphasizes the importance of the personality theories, and the role of CEO's personality in an organization.

У статті з позицій когнітивної лінгвосинергетики розкривається динамічна природа концепту ЕМПАТІЯ, аналізуються типи його вербальних атракторів з побудовою їхніх моделей. Доведено, що динаміка вербальних атракторів спрямована до чотирьох типів функціонування: точкового (рівновага з дискурсивним середовищем), періодичного (слабка рівновага з дискурсивним середовищем), квазіперіодичного (нерівновага з дискурсивним середовищем) та дивного (нова рівновага з дискурсивним середовищем). English Discourse. The article reveals the dynamic nature of EMPATHY concept from the standpoint of cognitive linguosynergetics analyzing the types of its verbal attractors with the construction of their models. The paper proves that the dynamics of verbal attractors is directed to four types of functioning: point (one structurelexical item empathy), periodic (two structureslexical items empathy and sympathy), quasi-periodic (n-number of structuresvocabulary with direct or indirect meaning of empathy present in the semantic core of the word (including idioms)), and strange (cases when the speaker constructs speech expressions which seemingly have nothing to do with EMPATHY concept). Depending on the needs of communication EMPATHY concept can spontaneously switch from one mode to another by means of phase transition or bifurcation marked by the change of existing attractor. Point attractor is characterized by equilibrium with the discursive environment: the behavior of EMPATHY concept brought to one lexical item is independent of the context of the discursive act. Periodic attractor has a weak equilibrium with the discursive environment, resulted in quite a sustainable concept functioning in discourse. Quasi-periodic attractor is characterized by disequilibrium with the discursive environment, and the strange oneby a new equilibrium, with which the concept structure never repeats itself, although its self-organization is subject to the rules of fractal self-similarity. The choice of verbal attractors is spontaneous in nature because communicants can unexpectedly use any language as a result of certain cognitive impulse. The possible choice of system development takes place at the micro level of potential conceptual states. The cognitive micro level is formed by lexical concepts which randomly interact with each other with such a speed that makes them indistinguishable within discourse. Externally the choice dynamics of potential attractors remains invisible until the moment of their implementation at the macro level of the discursive act, confirming the fact that all processes in the system hierarchy of EMPATHY concept are separated in space and time.

The life-history method as a scientific research method in music gains prominence in the twentieth century and grows even more in the present. Its usefulness is appreciated when writing about referent characters in artistic practices for the human being, cultural exchanges, study of personalities, and their effects in the training of new generations of musicians, among others. This method motivated this work, which had as an objective to elucidate the steps that constituted the methodological strategy of application of life-history in musical research, rooted in a study of the artistic output of Leo Brouwer. From a predominantly qualitative approach, interviews and an analysis of documents were combined, which made possible a reflection on the life- history method and its implementation in music research.

In the reviewed article, the author attempts based on the study of scientific literature to define the content of self-presentation as a pedagogical condition of professional self-actualization of student of higher education. Particular attention has been paid to singling out of main elements of self-presentation according to directions of their implementation, analysis of correspondence of levels of self-presentation development with degree of forming components of professional selfactualization of student. Factors of formation of students` self-presentation in the educational environment have been discussed.

In the reviewed article, the author attempts based on the study of scientific literature to define the content of self-presentation as a pedagogical condition of professional self-actualization of student of higher education. Particular attention has been paid to singling out of main elements of self-presentation according to directions of their implementation, analysis of correspondence of levels of self-presentation development with degree of forming components of professional self-actualization of student. Factors of formation of students` self-presentation in the educational environment have been discussed. A leader's status has a hierarchically multi-sided historical and social level in terms of content. The deep roots of this problem occupy a special place in the history of human relationships. Clubs contribute to the socialization of students, significantly affecting the development of professional competencies of future teachers. A particular stage of becoming a leader is when students master the basics of their future profession and get the opportunity to form and further develop professionally essential leadership qualities for their activities. In this regard, the creation of student clubs is of great importance. The authors gave an example of the main directions of the club's work.

The current study examines the relationship between Dark Triad traits (Machiavellianism, Narcissism, and Psychopathy), social support, and sensation-seeking behavior in Pakistani university students. A correlational research design was used, collecting data from 300 students (138 males, 162 females) aged 18 to 32 years from universities in Sialkot and Islamabad. Standardized measures included the Short Dark Triad (SD3) Scale, Interpersonal Social Support Scale, and Sensation Seeking Behavior Scale. Results showed a significant positive correlation between sensation-seeking behavior and Dark Triad traits (r = .075, p < 0.01), indicating a link between personality and risk-taking tendencies. Social support moderated this relationship (R² = 0.26, p = 0.001), highlighting its protective role. Dark Triad traits negatively impacted social support, with Machiavellianism (B =-0.15, β =-0.20) and Narcissism (B =-0.20, β =-0.25) explaining 5% and 7% of the variance, respectively. Gender differences showed males scored higher on psychopathy (M = 27.56, SD = 5.12) and sensation-seeking, while females relied more on social support (TSS: M = 32.18, SD = 4.32). Findings emphasize the need for university interventions like counselling, mentorship, and skills training to mitigate risks and promote student well-being.

Rad bazira se na primjeni rezultata znanstvene discipline operacijska istraživanja -usmjerenoj na područje linearnog programiranja i mrežnog planiranja, a u cilju analize poslovanja tvrtke Kava Santos d. o. o., koja svoje poslovanje temelji na proizvodnji slastica za vlastite potrebe i za poslovne partnere. Cilj ovoga rada je primjenom odgovarajućih matematičkih metoda maksimizirati prihod poduzeća Kava Santos d. o. o. u dijelu koji se odnosi na proizvodnju pet različitih vrsta slastica uz unaprijed postavljena ograničenja. Ograničenja podrazumijevaju raspoloživost određenih sastojaka, ljudskih kapaciteta, vremena potrebnog za izvršenje određene djelatnosti i njihovih troškova. Analiza poslovanja izvršena je upotrebom dviju komplementarnih metoda koje pripadaju gore navedenoj znanstvenoj disciplini. To su Charnesova M procedura, korištena u prvom dijelu, te metoda PERT, korištena u drugom dijelu rada. Kako bi se ove metode mogle efikasno primijeniti na konkretnom zadatku, proces proizvodnje slastica raščlanjen je na pojedine komponente, odnosno aktivnosti, uzimajući u obzir potrebno vrijeme i trošak za izvođenje svake od njih. Primjenom matematičkih metoda na analizu poslovanja tvrtke Kava Santos d. o. o. dobiveni su rezultati kojima je moguće smanjiti troškove i vrijeme proizvodnje, utvrditi koji je proizvod uz sličan princip rada najisplativije proizvoditi, te u konačnici proizvođaču osigurati veću dobit, a istovremeno zadržati kvalitetu proizvoda. In the twenty-first century, it is important for the individual to reduce the behaviors of acting alone and working alone in order to maintain a happy and successful career. The aim of this study is to examine the validity and reliability of the Lone Wolf Scale developed by , which reveals individuals to act and work lone for Turkish culture. This research was carried out with 360 university students (212 female, 148 male). In order to evaluate the validity of the scale, construct validity, item discrimination and concordance validity were examined. It was seen that the construct validity analysis confirmed the single-factor and seven-item structure of the scale. The item-total correlations calculated to examine item discrimination were found to be at an acceptable level. Within the scope of concordance validity, it was found that there were negative and significant relationships between the scale and the total and sub-dimensions of the Career Adaptability Scale-New Form. The Cronbach alpha coefficient calculated for reliability and the test-retest correlation value were found to be at acceptable levels. The measurement invariance of the scale on the male and female groups was examined and it was concluded that the single-factor structure was the same in both groups. The findings indicate that the Turkish version of the Lone Wolf Scale is a valid and reliable measurement tool.

Social networking sites (SNS) are quickly becoming one of the most popular tools for social interaction and information exchange. Previous research has shown a relationship between users' personality and SNS use. Using a general population sample (N=300), this study furthers such investigations by examining the personality correlates (Neuroticism, Extraversion, Openness-to-Experience, Agreeableness, Conscientiousness, Sociability and Need-for-Cognition) of social and informational use of the two largest SNS: Facebook and Twitter. Age and Gender were also examined. Results showed that personality was related to online socialising and information seeking/exchange, though not as influential as some previous research has suggested. In addition, a preference for Facebbok or Twitter was associated with differences in personality. The results reveal differential relationships between personality and Facebook and Twitter usage.

У статті розглянуто методологічні аспекти застосування профайлінгу в соціально-психологічній реабілітації осіб із посттравматичним стресовим розладом (ПТСР). Актуальність дослідження зумовлена високим рівнем травматизації серед населення в умовах збройних конфліктів, що вимагає інноваційних підходів до реабілітації. Визначено, що профайлінг, як інструмент аналізу поведінкових, когнітивних і соціальних характеристик пацієнтів, дозволяє створювати персоналізовані реабілітаційні стратегії, враховуючи унікальні потреби та тригери клієнтів.
Методологічна база дослідження включає три теоретичні підходи: когнітивно-поведінкову психологію, гуманістичний підхід та теорію травми. Для збору даних застосовувалися якісні та кількісні методи, зокрема напівструктуровані інтерв’ю, CAPS-5 для оцінки рівня ПТСР та SAS-SR для аналізу соціальної адаптації. Аналіз даних здійснювався за допомогою NVivo та SPSS, що дозволило оцінити ефективність методів профайлінгу в реабілітації.
Результати показали, що профайлінг сприяє підвищенню ефективності реабілітаційних програм через точний підбір терапевтичних підходів, таких як когнітивно-поведінкова терапія (КПТ) та десенсибілізація і репроцесинг рухами очей (EMDR). Використання профайлінгу знижує ризик повторної травматизації, покращує соціальну адаптацію та сприяє емоційному відновленню клієнтів. Автори наголошують на важливості етичних аспектів і професійної підготовки фахівців для забезпечення успішного впровадження профайлінгу в практику реабілітації.
Запропоновано перспективи подальших досліджень, зокрема інтеграцію профайлінгу з іншими методами реабілітації, такими як арт-терапія, фізичні вправи та соціальна адаптація, для створення комплексних програм підтримки осіб із ПТСР.

The academic and industrial sectors are constantly changing through the influence of digitalization social and environmental influence. These landscapes, psychologically, will affect how future employees may behave in order to adopt to their respective professions. Positive personalities are obviously responsible for employees' success in an organization, especially in hospitality and tourism, where the profession deals with people with various cultural backgrounds. The jobs in tourism and hospitality could be more relaxed, as stated by Alexandra (2023), thus resulting in high job turnover. The study was to determine the relationship between the personality dimensions and job performance of hospitality professionals. Questionnaires were disseminated to 100 respondents, all hospitality professionals. Their answers were subjected to statistical computation using Mean and Pearson r. This study showed that in terms of personality dimension, the respondents highly manifest all the indicators, such as being extrovert, agreeable, conscientious, and open to new experiences. Interestingly, among all the indicators, the following emerged the highest: respondents assume people are good, they cooperate rather than compete, and they are proficient (competent or skilled). However, the respondents could be higher in this personality dimension, like being tolerant and being perfectionist. Moreover, the job performance of hospitality workers respondents shows HIGH in most of the indicators, especially arriving at work on time, proposing solutions to problems, and consulting the supervisor when necessary. However, in the interest of identifying room for improvement, these are initiative and Leadership skills, including responding to feedback. In terms of the relationship among two variables, the study shows a relationship between personality dimension and job performance, thus rejecting the null hypothesis. This indicates that personality dimensions are connected and relevant to the performance of hospitality professionals. This concludes that the personality dimension indicated in this study has a significant relationship. The study's implication would serve as an eye-opener for the human resource management of every hospitality firm in considering the gauging of personality traits or dimensions in hiring hospitality personnel. Aside from skills, gauging qualifications and competency may include personality dimension or trait tests that serve as their basis in providing specific job descriptions and positions for the graduating students. This would help the students find the appropriate and suitable job or business for them.
